These terms govern use of the Ecobee website, RFQ forms and business communication channels. Information on this site is provided for B2B sourcing evaluation and does not create a purchase agreement, exclusivity arrangement or certified product claim until both parties sign written commercial documents.

Business inquiries

When you submit a quote request, you agree that Ecobee may review your product brief, market requirements and contact details to prepare a response. Any pricing, lead time or feasibility statement is preliminary unless confirmed in a formal quotation, product specification and purchase agreement.

Product information

Product descriptions, ecosystem references and compliance notes are examples for sourcing discussion. Certification scope, firmware behavior, energy data and packaging requirements must be confirmed for the exact SKU, market and order configuration before public use.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, submit false contact information, attempt to access restricted systems or copy content for misleading representation. Ecobee may update these terms as business processes, product scope or legal requirements change.
